Professor Thomas McClure of Illinois State University will give us an overview of Illinois eviction law. He will cover how a landlord can terminate a lease, go over the standardized forms, and discuss the common defenses to eviction. 
He will also address the new Supreme Court rules for eviction relating to the coronavirus pandemic.
