Josh Rohrscheib is the Managing Attorney of Onward Injury Law. A native of central Illinois, he earned both his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois, where he served as Student Body President and founded the Legacy of Service Scholarship. Before law school, Josh worked as a policy staffer in the Illinois General Assembly, and after graduating, he practiced in the Washington, DC office of a global law firm, focusing on Government Affairs. He returned to central Illinois in 2009, where his experience includes private practice, serving as General Counsel for a major trucking company, and partnership at Bolen Robinson & Ellis, LLP, before founding Onward Injury Law in 2023.
Josh lives in Normal with his wife, son, daughter, and their two little old dogs, Gussy and Della. Josh enjoys pickleball, chess, and Illini basketball.
